3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your location (where serviceable).

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within:
• 5–7 business days for prepaid orders (credited to original payment method)
• Store Credit may be provided for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
