Return & Refund Policy

At Royal French, we strive to provide premium quality clothing products to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in original packaging with tags intact
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been worn or washed
• Products without original tags
• Customized or altered products
• Items purchased during clearance or sale offers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at help.royalfrennch@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your location (where serviceable).

4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within:

5–7 business days for prepaid orders (credited to original payment method)
Store Credit may be provided for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

5. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange for eligible products subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with product images for quick resolution.
